What a cracking company to deal with from start to finish. We had a serious dry rot outbreak spreading over 3 floors. Very complicated to sort as it was thought the outside whin stone and lime. Scott put together a plan to repair over 5 stages and worked within our budget for each stage. 3 years later and we have a lovely house. Scott also helped us with a claim against this previous owners and without his help and detail from the constant evidence he builds up and documents for the guarantees, i don't this we would have been successful with our claim. I hope i never need Fixrot again for dry rot but i will without any doubt be using for renovations in the future. Thank you Tommy & Anne

Amazing company

I called fixrot to come a check woodworm in my attic. It turned out to be active so Scott arranged to come the following week.

Removed all the insulation cleaned the dust and sprayed the full attic before laying insulation back down.

Fair priced, very tidy and the guarantee is all good. We checked to make sure it’s valid.

If you have any problem with damp or rot or even general renovations I would have no problem recommending fixrot. Thanks again Phil.

Great workmanship.

Great workmanship. Transformed my downstairs kitchen, livingroom and dining room into a lovely new open plan down stair. Structural beams not an issue and nothing was an issue. Took 1 week longer than expected but first class and happy to recommend to anyone. Won't look past fixrot again. Cheers

Great Company to work with

Our first contact with Scott was to undertake a damp and rot survey for a property we were considering purchasing and we were amazed by the speed and professionalism of that first contact. The survey was undertaken very quickly and a comprehensive report provided, which greatly assisted with the purchase of the property.

We were so impressed with the standard of the service that we commissioned Fixrot to do the rectification work. This was done quickly and efficiently and the appropriate certificates provided. We continued to employ the company for a whole house refurb as it is so rare to find a contractor that you can trust and is good to work with. We are so very pleased with the end result, we will certainly consider using this company next time and would be happy to recommend them to others.

In summary, work is to a very high standard, charges very competitive, great to work with and more than anything a contractor you can trust.

I approached Fixrot to do a rather large commercial project at very short notice. Within a week
they had been to assess the situation, provided a quote and started work the following week.
The quality and continuity was first class.
The after sales service was excellent and after completing the job returned to site to ensure everything was ok and that we the client were satisfied.

As a company, they go the extra mile for the customer with friendly, polite staff and excellent value.

Highly rated and would recommend them for you project whether commercial or residential.
