5The main benefit of using Danny at FixIt is that you get to speak to and deal with a human being throughout. I initially requested assistance from 2 of the National companies - in each case, given (electronically) a specific 2 hour appointment window on a specific date. In both cases, the appointments were cancelled (postponed as urgent to next day) at the end of each night by an automated message. Appointments were cancelled 5 days in a row!!
