Based in Highworth, just outside of Swindon in Wiltshire, we offer a comprehensive, affordable, computer repair service serving homes and businesses in Swindon and the surrounding villages.

We travel to you and either fix your computer issue on site or our engineer will take your computer or laptop back to our workshop if a more time consuming repair is required and return it when it’s fixed.

We can help resolve slow or lost internet connections, laptop charging issues, virus and malware problems, blank or damaged screens, email problems, weak WiFi, or any other PC or laptop issue.

A fixed price charge for the call-out and diagnosis of £45, if the fault can be repaired within the hour that is all you pay.

If the repair takes longer or the engineer has to take it back to the workshop there is a maximum of an extra £30 so you will never pay more than £75 total for labour. If any parts are required these will be quoted for once we’ve identified them as faulty.

We strip down broken PC’s and laptops, including laptop batteries, PC motherboards, and cabling, which are then responsibly recycled. When a computer or laptops salvageable they are refurbished and reused in the UK and in third world countries.

Best of all, you don’t need to trek to a recycling centre or collection point – we’ll come to you and pick up your used or unwanted computer equipment.
