Fix My Pc

I have been using Fix My PC for a number of years. I have put up with the sarcastic comments and condescending attitude of the company owner, Jon Frost for all this time, but this was the final straw. I rang Fix My PC to be met with a sarcastic comment about my computer competence. I took the computer in for repair to be told it was on its last legs and the problem was too technical for me to understand. He removed parts of the computer that were holding certain components in place, and messed around with them. He installed the wrong OS. He said that parts of the computer would probably fall off by the time I returned the computer home. When I switched the computer on again, it would not boot because of what he did. I paid sixty pounds for this. I took the computer to another company and it is now working well again. The problem that Jon Frost said was serious and too technical for me to understand was a simple driver issue, rectified in a matter of seconds. Avoid at all costs.

We invited Jon to our home as we needed our PC connecting to our internet as we'd relocated it from a different area in our home. We had set it up but couldn't get an internet connection.
Jon came to our home and after several weeks of taking our equipment home with him and coming back to us he said that he still could not solve the issue, and after a lot of wasted time and frustration, finally stated that we were nightmare customers with nightmare logistics.
We called in a recommended computer engineer, who undid everything Jon had put in place (totally unnecessarily), and after 1/2 hour had us up and running by just connecting us to our internet. He didn't even charge us and he said we had been treated really badly and that we had been lead to believe that we needed much more than we did!!

I have used Jon's company for many years now and have always been entirely satisfied with the advice and service he provides. I tell anyone I know who has computer problems or who needs advice on computer issues that they can't go wrong in contacting Jon of Fix My PC. net
