I walked right into this, don’t you make the same mistake. It cost me a lot of money.

He collected my iPad Pro 10.5 to replace the screen and battery. He returned it three months later and I paid £330. After one hour it stopped working. He collected it and offered to repair it, as by law he is obliged to return it in working order. He kept the £330. He has now had my iPad and the £330 for a further seven months and claims he can’t get it to work. I asked him to return it, or open his office so I could collect it, but I got constant excuses and now no response at all. I doubt I will ever see my iPad Pro, or the £330 I paid for the screen and battery, or him, ever again.

Fantastic service - Great people, absolute life savers!

My insurer (Axa) refused to pay out on the phone until a full diagnosis was done, I approached many companies who either wanted a lot of money and 2-3 weeks to perform a check, or didn't support my device completely (Nexus 6P).

FixMyDevice did the full diagnostic, for free of charge. They went into a lot of detail with the issue on the phone, and completed all the work in under 1 working day. Absolutely fantastic company, with fast communication and extremely fast turn around. Very, very happy with their service, and will be referring anyone who has a broken phone to them in the future!

Brilliant service

The service was very good, fast and friendly. I needed the screen replacing on my Nexus 5, cost was £80 (plus £10 for next-day delivery of the new screen) which was similar to elsewhere, but the replacement itself took less than an hour which I couldn't find anywhere else. I would go back again.

Screen repairs

Smashed the screen on my iphone4 & the home button screen was sticking. Total cost was £50, £45 for the screen repair & only £5 for the button as the phone was already open due to screen repair. Cost of home button repair alone is £20. 30-45mins later I had my phone back looking as good as new. Certainly recommendable .
