Fix it Glazing

I asked Fix it Glazing to look at several issues - broken window handle, misaligned back door and fitting windie restrictiors in our son's room.

Work was carried out as requested at the price quoted (which was really reasonable). Mat was friendly, punctual and not at all pushy when quoting.

I would recommend and use the company again.

We have recently purchased our first property and had a few issues with our glazing. Having used fix it glazing previously in our rented property, we knew just who to call.
Mat at fix it glazing has been amazing. He has fixed our daughters window by fitting new hinges, replaced the handle on the bathroom window that kept getting stuck shut, fixed our front door that needed a new gear box as that would also get stuck shut and supplied/fitted new french doors because the sliding doors we had were broken beyond repair.
Amazing service and really reasonable prices.
Louise is always really helpful over the phone too, providing updates efficiently.
Wouldn't use anyone else.

I had a double glazed window catch replaced and a double glazed balcony door adjusted to open from the outside. Matt arrived on time and did a very professional job. He removed and replaced all the blinds and left the room very clean. All in all I was very pleased and would certainly contact him again if the need arised.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars but 1 shall have to suffice. Everyone else on here has such fabulous experiences with this company whereas we have not. The amount of cancellations we had from this company was impeccable! It took the better part of nearly 4 months for them to even turn up and even then when they eventually did turn up our roof was not done correctly. Leaks in multiple places which caused damage to belongings in our conservatory. They attempted to return to “fix” the problem and some how made matters worse. The lack of communication from them is awful as well.

I will never ever be recommending them to any person ever.
