Fix Auto Felixstowe

Had my car in for an insurance repair. It was fixed to a good standard although the small repair took 3 weeks. They fitted the wrong grill and lost one of my interior speakers. After a debate on the phone to get them to get the right grill, they complied and also ordered the speaker. This again took 3 weeks after being promised only 5 working days. Fitted well but they didn't even connect the speaker and tried to tell me that it was just a blanking panel and no sound should be coming out of it. Good quality if repair, but awful timings with poor communication to the customer about delays.

My experience with Pattersons has been has been superb . They undertook accident repair work for me , which was completed in good time and to a very high standard . Totally recommend this business.

Took my Volvo XC40 for quote on repair to dented panel and scuffed wheel. Photos taken by Sam and promised quote would be Emailed. No contact after two days. Rang reception asking when I would get the quote to submit to my insurer. Sam on holiday for one week. but she said that sam would be informed on his return and took my Email . Still no reply . Sent Email telling them my thoughts regarding time wasting and being unprofessional. no response.
Same thing happened a year ago with my Audi Q3. Filled in their Quote form with several pictures of the damage, but did not get a reply.
Two years ago a friend of mine took a valance panel, removed from his motorhome into the workshop to have a deep scratch repaired and resprayed in the original colour. When compared to the rest of the valance panels the colour was nothing like the original.

do not use at all cost as they will put the wrong parts on your car when I got my car I had gaurdx put on it Patterson's was told twice to put it back on they did not and when I said to them why did you not put it back on they said they used there own brand as it was cheaper not only that they have put the wrong parts on my car they lie to you and tell fixauto head office a different story even the md came out and said to me that they have messed this up so when he was questioned about this by me and the Ombudsman he lied by saying they have not
so keep away or if you want cheaper or the wrong parts fitted to your car then use them
