2Actual bodywork/spray repair was fine but they didn’t notice the buckled alloy wheel so that wasn’t rectified and when they gave the car back they hadn’t reconnected the vehicle lights/electrics correctly so that my vehicle warning system wasn’t working correctly. They also threw away my air freshener. Sounds like a petty complaint but it’s my personal property and I can only get them from Italy!

1Bad repair poor customer service
1They eventually collected my car and said it will be returned in 1 day. After 2 days and several hours late they eventually dropper my car off.
The surprise this time was that, not only did the re spray not match the rest of my car's trim they had sprayed the boot trim to match the bumper.
Overall an appalling bodge very frustrating and still not repaired 4 weeks on.
I am now onto the insurance company to rectify this problem.
I advise to steer clear!!
