Five Star Nails

My experience in this salon was very bad. My appointment was shellac on hands and only after two hours the shellac came off. I contacted the salon to ask what I can do and they told me only one option that will redo just two of them not all, talking to me in a very arrogant way from the manager and the owner, a very degenerate staff and unqualified for a costumer good service. Their products are very cheap and expired and with a very slanderous staff that I have never seen. Please do not go to this salon as they are offensive and uneducated, in the way they should communicate .I won't suggest it, but I have seen many clients who agree with my opinion based on facts. Take care of your nails in a better place, not in a garbage salon like Five Stars.

Poor service and rude staff. Don't visit if you want pretty nails and avoid the lad with tight curly hair. Just read its under new management. Poor one then1

Terrible avoid waiting time 2 hours and then so slow had to leave after 2 1/2 hours without nails complete - customer service 0

Giving this appalling nail shop a 1 star is too kind for the disgusting service I received. They have only three members of staff working ( due to high staff turnover) they are over booked and money hungry.They will literally lie to customers to get the business, my nails were rushed and all different shapes and sizes.
The original owner Danny has “retired” and there is now a pathetic ignorant man running this shop in to the ground. Customer service is non-existent in this place! They talk in their mother tongue non stop and Over charge customers for mediocre nails.I confronted this pathetic manager regarding the pricing of the nails and he had no shame in defending his poor behaviour.They would charge you for the air you breathe in the shop if they could.

Had to wait a little bit but the nails turned out great.
