I have been training with rasheed for the past 4 years and it has been amazing! With Rasheed you get results pretty quickly. Rasheed’s extremely passionate and takes a very holistic approach to health and wellbeing. It’s not just about the physical training, he takes in to account your lifestyle, eating habits and what’s going on in your head. Within the first 12 weeks my body shape changed and I dropped a dress size. 18 months later I’m still training with Rasheed maintaining my fitness and doing more targeted training. He’s helped develop a new attitude in me. Along with more confidence and drive to stay healthy, I make the right meal choices to support progress in the gym. For me it’s a lifestyle now and I can’t imagine my life without Rasheed at the moment! 

I should say from the outset that I have never been one for the gym, exercise, or even eating healthy so I was somewhat skeptical of getting a personal trainer, but now I am kicking myself for not going to Rasheed sooner!

I find myself actually looking forward to our sessions because he keeps the workouts interesting (even for a gymaphobe like me) and he knows just how hard to push you so that you feel proud of yourself afterward, but not so hard that you feel like you're going to puke...

To top it off, he also gives you lots of very useful nutrition tips. He's helped me make small changes in my diet which have made a difference without making me feel like I am depriving myself.

But, more than anything, what I think sets Rasheed apart is the way that he personalizes his service to you and your goals. I really feel like Rasheed is invested in my progress and he always puts me at ease so that I actually leave the gym with a smile on my face! Don't hesitate to book him!

I have been working with Rasheed for 2 years. I started as a knackered 46 year and today I feel re-energized. Rasheed is a true "personal" trainer, he learns about you and structures a program that meets your specific needs at each stage of your development. He also takes responsibility for your overall well-being, ensuring that all sessions start with necessary warm-ups but also addressing every ache and pain, monitoring and helping your body to get stronger. I cannot recommend him enough.

Rasheed is an exceptional personal trainer with decades of experience in the field. I was particularly impressed with his emphasis on healthy eating, avoiding over-supplementation, and overly heavy weights. I have achieved a lot of progress much faster than I expected.
