Easy parking on the street or forecourt. The garden containing plants and pond fish is open from April to the end of September. Plants stocked are bedding,basket and perennial,with hanging baskets a speciallity. Pond fish along with all equipment include Golfish,Orfe.Tench and KoiCarp.

Fish are ok.. the owner and shop is terrible. Dont expect good service.

I wanted to give the owner the benefit of the doubt as everyone may have an off day service wise.
However after reading other reviews and experiencing the service myself - i must admit the service is utterly terrible. The owner seemed out of it, almost anmnoyed that a customer has turned up. Not helpful and if you asked any questions - the owners facial expression looks like hes getting tortured.
The fish that you can buy looked ok - but the service is disgusting. Probably better talking the dog thats stood in the middle of the shop...(not the owner)

Terrible, don't waste you're time.,Terrible will not go again

Shop is never open. Been 2 times in last week, once at 1pm in week. Door locked no answer, been today door unlocked walked in to then be told we are not open.... right so you're not open in you're opening times and door is open.... owner should shut permanently. ,This is the most useless shop ever... been 2 times in last week. Once at 2.15pm door locked no answer... came again today door unlocked walked in, guy comes down and says no we not open.... 3pm. Owner should shut permanently.

The man who owns the shop is extremely helpful. He is well educated and always ready to give advice. He seems passionate about the well-being of the fish he sells. The tanks and set ups in the shop are amazing. Would strongly recommend a visit.

EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I rang for some advice about problems I’ve been having with some fish and I was put through to an extremely rude man. I bought my fish from pets at home and the reply I received was “well why aren’t you asking them for advice?” Like I haven’t already. I was calling someone who I personally assumed would be able to provide me with some good advice as they are specialists in tropical fish. Just as a heads up, if you want more customers, talking to them like that is not gonna get you anywhere. I will never be calling again or returning to the shop and will definitely NOT be recommending you to anyone I know.
