Fish Face

Love your fish & chips best in St Neots ! But the staff are young & ignorant not a hello not a thank you & 5 x I rang and phone not answered 🤷‍♀️

Best place in Cambridgeshire for fish and chips by far! Food is always freshly cooked, the batter is light and crispy and chips are never soggy. Portions are a good size too - we usually order 1 large cod and medium chips for two of us, there is always plenty plus a morsel or two of cod for the cat :oD
Please disregard the review complaining staff didn't greet her and didn't have rock or plaice available; Lady, this is a BUSY and popular place, the staff don't always have time to meet and greet and some kinds of fish sell out quickly, especially on a Friday!
We've always had service with a smile and been happy to wait for for our order - always worth the wait!

This is the best fish and chip shop around, by miles, wouldn’t go anywhere else, always freshly cooked, and always to a high standard, the owners are lovely, and he always has good banter , keep it up guys katie xx

Visited Fish face and absolutely loved everything about it. The fish was fresh and batter crispy, chips were nice and crisp and fluffy inside. Service was also of high standard and a friendly welcome. We will be returning soon!!

Visited due to hearing on BBC Cambridge Radio that this is the best place for fish and chips in St Neots.
On Arrival no acknowledgement by member of staff serving. Even if busy
a hello or good evening is a good start. Asked for a piece of rock eel. Man ran round back and comeback and said have not got any. When questioned him about size of plaice he agreed it would be on small side. Owing to family member on limited diet I said I would leave it. Unfortunately, due to reception on arrival I would not return. Better fish and chip shops in St Neots.
