I want to write and thank you especially Dan Hawker for helping me to choose the right car at my pace.
Dan's help went over and above what is normal for a car sales executive today.
He was very prompt in answering all questions patiently without any pressure and his price was better than that of any other company I had got in touch with before. He also matched a cheaper quote for a GAP insurance.
He excelled at being professional, friendly and very helpful.
The delivery chap Steve was the same. The whole deal was simply great and there were no hick ups whatsoever. I told Dan he had won a new customer. Thank you again and good luck for the future because you really deserve it.

I send my car in for ECU recall. Around 8am in morning, the driver pick up the car. The car was almost new, and no major scratch.
The driver returned the car in around 1pm. However, the car was pretty much scratches around the side panel on both side, 2 major scratches, 20cmx 5cm patch and 30cmx 5cm. It is pretty obvious the driver had driver passes along hedges and got scratches along the nearside panel above the wheel. The other side is also scratches with a long deep line, and a 5cm x 5cm patch. Their customer service refused to accept responsibility, and would only used polishing compound to slight remove the dirt. It does not help at all. Avoid at all cost, or will be regret.
