Prior to arrival checks are made that every booking is correctly in the venues booking system and that each and every guest's name is listed at the front desk, that any name changes have been made and vat receipts are due to be issued to our clients by the venues.

As First Stop Reservations is not tied to any particular hotel chain, rates can be negotiated for clients at their preferred hotels. Alternatives that may reduce costs could also be suggested.
