I attended the 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work course only a short time after lockdown was eased, and the staff worked hard to put in place social distancing measures to make everyone feel as safe and comfortable as possible. The trainer, Alison Higginson, was outstanding, providing a relaxing environment where you feel confident to give answers and ask questions. The day was engaging and extremely informative, and gave me the ability to feel I would be able to deal with any first aid situation presented to me in a work environment. I would highly recommend First Safety Training Services to anyone looking for high quality training presented in a well-structured but informal way.

I Recently attended my full first aid course with First Safety Training and have to say it was by far the best experience of this course I have had (I have done a few). Trainer was knowledgeable and helpful, great lot of hands on stuff (some can be death by PowerPoint) Good centre, warm and large. It was also great to come away with feedback which was given on a one to one basis plus it was certificated through an awarding body. Finally best price I found too.
