Don’t pay this company in full until job is complete
3They promised to come back and finish around a new window, and to address a couple of issues, one of which was (and continues to be) dangerous.
We paid them in full in good faith but, despite loads of calls and emails (and further promises), they never returned to put matters right.
The company offers a 25 year warranty on all its work, but that rings hollow if they won’t actually stand by it.
In case the company refutes this, we have retained every email exchange and call record.
