Disgraceful behaviour

Mike Rippon visited to complete a service on 3 yr old boiler and 1 year old gas fire (simple easy job, nice little earner), he was also contracted to repair a leaking tap, the repair lasted one week and broke again because he had not used the correct washer. He had already been paid for the full job, and refused to respond to all requests to come and complete the job, leaving my elderly mother without water in the kitchen for 4 weeks, whilst we chased him and finally secured a new plumber. Still feel upset by this, 2 years later. Disgraceful behaviour.

Outstanding! Fast, no rip-offs, tidy and polite. If you need a heating/plumbing job done, then don't waste your time and money by going to someone else.

Repair defective boiler

After contacting 5 local companies, who were busy and unable to recommend any competitors.
Mike was the first person who was both polite and available to respond to investigate and repair faulty boiler.
After safety and diagnostic checks, he ordered the replacement pump, which was out of stock until the following day. Mike returned the next day completed the task for a very reasonable price.
I have since called on Mike to perform tasks on both washing machine and Dishwasher again speedy response and work completed to high and safe standard.
I would highly recommend Mike based on all work performed.
