My mum has been with Firstpoint24 for 7 months. Fantastic care staff, always going above and beyond, they are all so lovely, friendly and happy, its actually a pleasure to have them in caring for my mum. I can not thank the staff enough for how they look after my mum.

Wonderful, wonderful care 5*++

My husband's brothers and I had two of First Point's carers help us care for my mother-in-law when she was end-of-life. They came in twice a day; they were always prompt and the care they provided was absolutely fantastic. They were professional, caring and extremely kind, my mother-in-law loved them coming to help her. They treated her with gentle, loving kindness and respect. This made a huge difference to her final days and we will be forever grateful to Lloyd and Nyasha; I can't recommend this company too highly; if more than 5 stars were available they would have them.

Your staff are respectful, kind, patient, diverse and caring. They help me with things I can't do for myself and encourage me to do things I am able to do. Therefore maintaining my independence

Wonderful care company

Firstpoint 24 have looked after my son for nearly a year. I find the live in carers to be professional & they are very non intrusive in our home, they are so easy to live with. They genuinely care for my son & he loves them, they deliver exceptional care & I find Anna & Christina (the owners approachable kind & caring, they show concern & want the best for their patients). I can highly recommend this company.
