A rescue and a transformation

Bad news turned good when Liam of FirstPlumbLtd, on a job for us under the house, spotted the badly rotten floor caused by leaking W.C & shower. We were relieved to have him fix this serious problem because we already trusted him as a pristine certainty. This highly skilled man did the whole solution (arrived at by Liam, wife & family) - removed the old bathroom, replaced the floor including a joist that had been cut for a drain yet not bridged as it should have been, removed the tiles off walls and floor, did new modern flooring, Wet Wall all round, roof liner, lights & storage units besides the plumbing (new bath with shower, W.C.) seamlessly to an extremely high standard. Nothing missed, everything integrates (he makes compatible continuities, there are no gaps) and we have left a decaying suburban dated mess for a bathroom in a posh hotel thanks to Liam's vision and professionalism. Transformative and painless are the words I use to encourage prospective customers.

VERY LET DOWN SADLY

Called this company 14th Feb after reading all the great reviews, came out on the 19th Feb, got a price and date set for 24th April on the 10th March as the suppliers were taking a while to get back to them with best prices.
Got everything ready for them coming in and got a text on the 23rd to say they all had covid. Got back in touch as we had a holiday coming up and another company coming in to do work when we got back so this left them 4 weeks they could pick when they were back at work without us mucking another company about. Got a text on the 4th May to say still unwell and as they would be catching up with all the work they were now behind with we should get another company in as they would not get to us in time! They cancelled the day before we should have been the first customers they started back with!! So now after this being planned for almost 3 months we are hoping to get a reliable plumber & joiner asap. Would this company have liked being mucked about like this.

Outstanding job, highly recommend

Requested a quote for replacing my floors throughout the house, job was started and completed very efficiently with the same price as quoted, first plumb left no mess after the job and we are absolutely over the moon with the finished product

Very fast and efficient

Called this company out for a leak coming through our ceiling, plumber was at the door within the hour, leak was traced repair done. I would just like to say if your in need of a plumber this is definitely the company to use.
