Very rude and unhelpful

Rang looking for guidance on repairing a garage door in the house I rent. The guy was rude, impatient, and made no effort to explain what he was talking about. He instead got easily frustrated and talked over me. If this is the quality of the support in the initial stages, I wouldn't dare to think what it is like later down the line. Very unprofessional and inappropriate in how they deal with customer queries form my brief experience. Safe to say I am taking my queries and business elsewhere.

I received a call from this lady she said her roller door was broken I asked a few questions because the door she was talking about did not seem like a roller door I then asked is the door in four sectioned this is called a sectional door she said yes!! so again I asked questioned about the problem she was having but after talking more I said I don't think it's a section door I think it a one pease up and over so I said at least we got there in the end she then said don't bother I will get someone else and banged phone down some people just can't see it was her I was only trying to help

Garage door repair

Fantastic service rang them 0n the 21st April 2020 and they arrived the following day bang on time. Had a look at the problem (broken spring) fixed it with a new replacement spring in no time. Friendly service. would recommend them. I can now open my garage without straining my back.

Paul arrived to repair my garage door less than an hour after my request, even though it wasn't an emergency. The job was completed swiftly and professionally after Paul told me what needed to be done. What more could I ask for? I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

From the survey to installation I was kept in the loop, very helpful to me.
The garage door was delivered early morning, to the depot and at 9am the same day was installed.
The two installers worked hard and explained everything at each stage. They removed and cleared away the old door and fittings, leaving the drive clean and clear. Once the job was complete they spent time explaining the operation of the new door.
Overall the job was completed professionally and quickly by very approachable and helpful installers.
I couldn't ask for a more smooth and hassle- free installation of a quality garage door......very pleased and would highly recommend the company to anyone.........Thank you.
