Unprofessional and gets poor reviews removed!

My last review asking why I should trust them to fit my garage doors when they couldn't be bothered to answer their phone was removed, presumably because the owner challenged it. He said he was in America on holiday at the time.
He needs to get in the modern age and learn to leave an answerphone message on his phone stating, "sorry we are unable to take your call at the moment. please leave your name and number and we will get back to you."
