FIRST CLASS LEARNING WATFORD provides individualised tuition for maths, English, science, 11 plus SWC, SATs and GCSE preparation.

First Class Learning Watford caters for children aged 5-16 who attend regularly in order to improve their maths and English skills, as well as build confidence and develop a love of learning. Adults are also supported to improve their maths and English skills. The centre also offers the option to take 11+ tuition, 11+ revision courses and 11+ mock exams in preparation for the South West Consortium exams.

After an initial assessment, an individualised programme is set and children come to the centre once a week to work on areas they need to focus and practice. Homework is set to reinforce the learning. The centre caters for children of all abilities whether they are finding areas tricky and need to revisit concepts, or excelling in school and need to be stretched and engaged. We aim to build confidence and develop independent learning skills.

Our English and maths programmes are tailored to learners' individual needs so students progress when they have mastered the topic and are encouraged to progress to more advanced levels. All of the work is aligned to the National Curriculum.

The difference between First Class Learning and other tuition centres is that Preeti really does care about her students and provides support in a constructive and nurturing manner. Whether it’s before a test or an exam students are provided with tailored work that enables and encourages them to explore subject matters in depth. Challenging yet enriching, both of my children benefited greatly from the work given and topics covered and in synergy with school work and curriculum. I highly recommend first class learning and Preeti is both patient and understanding.

definitely first class

the tutors are very dedicated to teach, even came to my house after my son was ill and unable to come. they managed to get my son 237 marks in his 11+ plus test and we got in to a grammar school

Excellent tutoring

My son received around 12 months tuition in numerical and verbal reasoning and 11+ in preparation for school entrance exams.
He undertook an assessment to identify his starting point and then had work planned across the 3 modules according to his need.
We saw an excellent improvement in his standard of work, achievement in school & during tutoring and in his confidence.
I was very pleased with First Class Learning and would highly recommend them. Preeti always went above and beyond to help.
