I had dropped my Samsung A22 phone, and smashed the screen. Daffy at Firebird solutions replaced it with genuine Samsung parts, and added a screen saver. He was courteous, professional, and friendly, and tested everything in front of me, before returning my phone. I cannot reccomend him enough! Fantastic! Please note that you need to make an appointment, as he works alone.

Daffy has been amazing! Dropped my phone and need it for my job so required a fast repair. Contacted Firebird solutions, Daffy came back to me in a matter of hours on the Saturday and said he would order the part and fix it Tuesday. True to his word he went above and beyond and went through all the repairs with me and checked everything was working as it should. Amazing service and so happy that nothing was wiped off my phone! Would recommend Firebird solutions to everyone and anyone!

The same Iphone X experienced extensive water damage with no hope of repair but once again DAFFY resurrected this phone.

My Samsung Galaxy J6 would not receive any emails and all my memory on my phone and memory card was completely full it was really slow and struggling to do normal things was in a real dilemma as I am a carer for my sister and need urgent point of contact. So came to Firebird Solutions got recommended by Andy Phone Box in the market Thankyou. Got served by Daffy who immediately put me at ease this was the only phone I had and point of contact. Had to leave the phone for a week because the phone had so many different issues. My phone had so much important data on it had no backups and could not lose any of it. Was in touch regularly to find out the progress which was looking good didn't think it could be done. Luckily Daffy managed to fix my phone and free up space on my phone and organised all my data on a new Samsung memory card. My phone is working excellent beyond my expectation all Apps functions and software is running smoothly without any hiccups. Thank you so much Daffy 🙂 XX

The headphone jack on my Honor 8x recently stopped working. I tried to repair myself however after considerable effort I gave up.

I listen to a lot of music and a headphone jack is very important to me so I was considering getting a new phone.

I was in Leicester City Centre and I remembered this place. I've been working outside of Leicester for a few years however Daffy (shop owner) had done several successful repairs for me previously.

I thought I would drop in on spec as I was passing to be honest not really expecting anything more than good advice however within 30 mins my phone was repaired & I can now listen to music again.

Nice straight talking guy to do business with and excellent value too.
