HONEST, RELIABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE . Ive used this shop for the last twenty plus years . always helpful and most of all friendly If they havent got the product in stock will order . In the past could carry home large bag of food so delivered directly on way home later Will continue to use shop NAT AND MARK keep up the good work.

If you care for animals I don't really feel that this is the shop to go to it's dirty and a lot of the animal's cages are dirty. I went to get a gold fish and just turned around and walked straight back out as there was a dead/ill fish in majority of the tanks. There's a lot more pet shops available that show they're interested in animal welfare.

As A bird breeder I have bought and sold birds at this shop. I use Fins, Furs & Feathers on a regular basis. I have always received a polite courteous welcome from Mark the Manager and his staff, who are always happy to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

They always have a wide range of products on sale and if they haven't got a particular item in stock, then they will order it in for me. I regularly order various types of bird seed and I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

DO NOT GO.
Animals cramped in tiny, scarcely ventilated cages with glass doors which would be far too hot in the summer! Uninterested staff not caring about customer welfare and wishes. Terrible excuse for a business. Should not even be granted one star.

Mark refused to refund fish gravel after it poisoned my fish. Reason refund was refused is because instead of emailing him about it (Mark) I opened a case on eBay for him to close straight away this obviously annoyed him which is why the refund was refused.
He was very unprofessional and shouted using caps in his emails.
The gravel was scrubbed /washed /rinsed numerous times and still to this day is leaking dye which is what poisoned the water and poisoned my fish.
I am getting eBay involved via telephone ,writing to pay-pal and Trading standards about this. Mark and the store/website have bad reviews everywhere for anyone to see and view.
This is turning out to be a nightmare but I will get it resolved as i have done nothing wrong.

BEWARE AND KEEP CLEAR is the best advice I could give anyone.
