Fresh or frozon...Nice bunch of guys there with good choice of fish and the freshness is good too! Plus they have quite a bit of chicken, meat and a big selection of ethnic cooking ingredients.... easy place to shop!

These guys have a very good selection of fresh fish that are wildly use in Caribbean and African cooking, red snapper, parrot fish ect along with the usual salmon, sea-bass shrimp tuna ect. Also a selection of dried spices and herbs and other Caribbean essentials. And give a good service at a reasonable price. I wish there was something similar nearby to where i live in Gorton .
