Fine Spares Rochdale are a local vehicle breakers yard based on Rugby Road Rochdale, we are a licences Environments Agency End of vehicle life recycling yard . We all must do our bit in saving the environment, Here at Fine Spares we try harder than most, we are part of the WEE initiative and believe in not filling our land fill with none biodegradable materials, that's why all of the vehicles dismantled at Fine Spares are broken down to their lowest components and separated into categories that are more suitable to the environment .

The item supplied was very rusty, (they could have run a wire brush over it),it was also missing a part and another part was damaged. My fitter had to cannibalise the existing item to to replace the missing part and to repair the damaged part, because of this existing work and time he charged me an extra £10 on top of the quote he had given me, unlikely FINE SPARES will refund this amount.
Fine Spares also on their website attempt to take away a customer Statutory Rights, (Consumer Rights Act 2015), by stating no refunds unless faulty and no postage refunded, they even state "refund excludes carriage fee" on their invoice they send with the part.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that when buying at a distance the consumer can without reason return the item by informing the sell within 14 days and returning the item within another 14 days, including outbound postage.
Unless Fine Spares remove this illegal statement I will report them to Trading Standards.
