Very poor service.

Fife carpet mill left my elderly mother in limbo.
They came and measured up for kitchen flooring.
Informed my mother they would drop off samples a few days later.
I called them after 1 week and they said they would drop them off that evening.
Still waiting.
If they are not interested in carrying out a job for any reason,or can't be bothered doing a job,they could at least have the decency to inform the customer.
