Love this shop. Most of the staff really helpful and have a good selection, some of the products not available everywhere. Have scales to weigh your dog out the back if you ask. You can take in your pet and they’ll help you size before you buy. I always go there for the personal touch. Some of the products you get a free purchase with a number bought.

Unhappy being sold product shop failed to exchange or credit. Had to take back a £14.99 extendable 5 x mitre dog lead as after two uses it failed to retract when I unclipped my dog. My dog does'nt pull, has arthiritis at 11yrs. Had they told me at the purchase, I would never have bought. Shopped happily here in the past never again after being accused of breakage.

Pretty appalling. No stock, orders placed not received. No communication from them. Been in again this morning for cat litter and cat food. Not got either ......

Always have good quality products and particularly good for raw dog dood. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been shopping at Fido & Felix since they opened and they are the best that we have ever been too. Exceptional customer service, knowledge and wide selection of products. Their dog grooming service second to none.
