Lovely site ruined by confrontational owners

Left after 1 night due to abusive owner, we have 3 small dogs and we were told to keep them on there leads on numerous occasions even though they were on their leads anyway. We were told to move our car to the other side of the caravan after already being told it was ok where it was. I had to wait 45 minutes for a receipt as they normally don't use receipts. The receipt book is kept off site??? Very poor customer service, the other people staying there sympathised with us before they left, they said they experienced similar poor treatment also. I wanted to go away to relax and not to be put in confrontational situations and be checked every hour that our dogs were on leads. They should have just stated no dogs.
