It might look good but it definitely isn’t.

This care home looks amazing but BE AWARE lots of agency staff, no medical staff, ratios aren’t as they say especially at night. Medication is missed, activities cancelled and residents left in their room. Do not assume just because it looks good it is. This care home offers no support to residents who need actual ‘care’. We had to tell staff our mother was ill - staff have very little experience or knowledge. Approach with caution and ensure you are not taken in by the hotel look
