Where possible our products are sourced locally, we supply local Hotels, Restaurants, Pubs, and Nursing Homes through Wholesale Trade as well as the general Public through the Retail Shop here in the High Street.

There is always an extensive range of products on display for your enjoyment and we will always work together to provide that amazing eating experience.

We travel to Smithfield Meat Market in London three times a week, if we cannot find it there for you then its probably extinct!
