We needed some locks changed at our property. The booking process was very smooth and the Locksmith (Rob) arrived on time with no issue at all. The service was outstanding and he was a true gentleman who could not have been more helpful in explaining how the lock mechanisms operated and provided a mini-tutorial to safeguard future damage. Further to that the locks were changed swiftly with minimum fuss. What pleased me the most was the pride taken in the work and the top quality craftsmanship. Thoroughly satisfied, brilliant service!

Honestly The Best

Absolutely 1st class. My daughters keys were stolen from her bag. I was worried about how secure the house was. I rang Fensome and within 20 minutes the locksmith was here. Another 20 minutes and my lock was changed and he also adjusted the door. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you so very much xx

We had a problem with a broken lock on our patio door. I phoned Craig on a Sunday and was out the next day he was great and swapped the mechanism in no time set my door up correctly and charged a fair price. Couldn't ask for more thank you!
