1They order items in bulk from Asia and ship them over to the UK where they are sold on a first come, first served basis. Therfore it is a bit hit & miss when your goods will become available.
Add to this that the staff are unhelpful, lack knowledge, and never call you back as promised.
We suffered 2 failed deliveries, missing items and damaged items. Although all the issues have now been rectified, I would never recommend anyone to use!
