last issue was tumble dryer repair. Excellent prompt service as usual. Joe is great to call on for appliance repairs as he answers tel/messages, and tries to accommodate to suit asap. He is easy to deal with, experienced and friendly - and keeps in touch on his timings and whereabouts, which makes all the difference. Pleasure to have in when the need arises. Highly recommended

Jo came to our house this morning at really short notice and fixed our tumble dryer. His service was exemplary. He checked the socket and replaced a faulty socket.

Family and friends. Our dryer just stopped. Whilst fixing the dryer, he spotted a socket that could have caught fire at any
Moment🙏. He replaced the socket and fixed our dryer. Didn’t charge us for dryer just the socket. Can’t thank him enough.
If there was more than 5 stars ⭐️ would give him more. Very open and honest which is what you need.
