A professional mobile catering company offering a range of fresh food including: canapés, starters, Hampshire roasts, hog roasts, big pan, desserts and unique evening buffets.

Fat Hog & Big Pan is a professional mobile event catering company working across Hampshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire.

Everything is cooked by an experience chef, most of the food is freshly made on the day on site and we have the highest food hygiene Level, 5. We bring our own catering gazebo, kitchen equipment and display equipment all we need is a power supply and guests.

Fat Hog and Big Pan Catering specialise hog roasts and big pan catering in addition we offer a full catering service including canapés, starters, Hampshire roasts, wedding breakfasts, paella, desserts, jam jar desserts, evening buffets, unique big pan evening buffet options and tailored menus.

Freshly made canapés perfect to have following a wedding ceremony, before a wedding breakfast or as part of your garden party. canapés are freshly made on site on the day. As mobile caterers we bring all the kitchen and serving equipment.
A very popular canapé of antipasti on Toast.
A lower cost option instead of canapés are nibbles a great option to have with welcome drinks and guests can help themselves. We serve it in our unique country display in hand decorated jars. Children love the breadsticks and dips.
These can be served in a range of ways for a starter or evening buffet. The Hampshire cutting boards can be served on the tables so guests can select the items they want and create their own starters or on our unique country buffet display for more informal weddings.
We serve the Hog Roasts in our unique style perfect for weddings, garden parties and corporate events creating a feature. The hog roast come with home-made stuffing, 10 sauces and chutneys, crackling and fresh breads from the local bakery, plates, cutlery and all cooked by a professional chef.
Raspberry and lemon Eton mess with a mint leaf. Please note these are taster pots and usually filled to the top. We also offer strawberries and cream, chocolate brownie with a choice of sauces and much more.
Freshly made desserts with cream, toffee and chocolate sauce and cream for guests to add to the dessert of their choice.
We can provide a vintage tea and coffee station as part of the wedding breakfast or function.

Rob & Lindsay catered our wedding. We had an exquisite afternoon tea, cheese tower with all the trimmings and a hog roast for evening guests. Couldn’t fault them in any way. Everyone still talks about how much they eat and enjoyed it!

Amazing wedding food

We wanted to say a massive thank you to Rib and his team for providing amazing food and service for our wedding this September! Him and his team were fantastic! Really helpful throughout the whole day and added a very special touch. The food was brilliant and all of our guests were raving about it! The donut cake was unreal - we were so pleased with it! Delicious, tasty & great variety

I am lucky enough to have now attended a couple of events where Fat Hog & Big Pan have been catering. The food always looks and tastes delicious and the variety is fantastic. The staff are really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend and plan to use them again in the future!
