Always helpful, no matter how small the request. They always give you that personal attention. Have been going there for years, from new tyres, regular tracking check and this last one - checking for broken glass in new tyres after someone broke a number of bottles in the recycling centre! All done promptly and willingly. Customer Service? 100% - Thank you.

Took my 19 year old Renault Scenic in for an MOT. Wayne and his crew couldn't have been more helpful. Got passed on the second attempt, car now sounds and drives as it did when new. Only another five years and it'll be a classic!
I was so impressed, I took my Jaguar in that keeps grounding on the speed bumps around Broughton. I'm not sure what the final solution will be, but I'm very thankful for the advice from the four engineers that I spoke too.

I can highly recommend Fast Fit Kingston! Due to their knowledge and expertise, Fast Fit had recognised that the fault may be covered by my car manufacturer as part of a safety recall. Wayne went above and beyond to do due dillgence about the issue, even though he knew this might mean that Fast Fit would not get my business if I ended up taking the car back to the manufacturer. In fact this is exactly what happened; the manufacturer admitted fault and committed to fitting a new engine at no cost to me. Even then Wayne and the team were helpful in liaising with me to get the car towed to the manufacturer, when they had no real reason to be. I can't emphasise enough that this repair would have cost THOUSANDS of pounds. If these guys were less honest or caring they could've just taken my money but they are committed to helping people. We have two cars which we already take to Fast Fit Kingston for each MOT and service and of course this has only strengthened our resolve to do so.

Put my car in to have a brake check done. I dropped the car off and before I had got home I received a call to say it was finished! No charge! Great honest service!
