If you are thinking of using this vets I wouldn’t, they are money grabbers left my dog to rot basically. They don’t care about your animals just the money.

My friend has lost her dog in terrible circumstances & I hold Farthings entirely responsible for the lack of appropriate care & diagnosis.
Recently I had another friend get prescribed the wrong dose of medication from a farthings vet & it’s only because she looked up the medication when she got hope that her elderly cat was given 50x the dose. Not even an apology from the vets.
They only care about money not the animals care.

Please avoid they misdiagnosed my dog recently. They discharged her & she died 2 hours later with Sepsis.

We have two cats both treated at the Horsham Practice.
All Vets are exemplary and Siobhan successfully diagnosed one of the cats with Allergies.
All staff are courteous and helpful, and we never struggle to get an appointment.

I am very didappointed with Farthings' vets. My cat has been having health problems and vets either dismissed causes (preferring concentrating on misguided treatments) or wrongly diagnosing him. By the time i have moved into another practice my cat was too debilitated to be operated. What took Farthings a whole year and they did not get right, the other vet found out the problem in 3 days. they simply showed no interest in investigating anything and information was not shared between vets. Money makers. You only know a good vet when your pet really need it and lack of care or incompetence can be a death sentence.
