Farnborough Sports Massage

I am not your average sports massage client as I have fibromyalgia but with taping, myofascial release work and traditional sports massage I have seen a marked improvement in the pain symptoms in areas of my back. Conventional pain relief and opioids has not had any effect in this area but Rich has managed to really make a positive impact on my pain symptoms. Very happy customer.

Having endured chronic pain from a rotator cuff/ shoulder problem for several months I arranged to meet with Rich Jackson of Farnbrough Sports Massage for a consultation.
Rich assessed the problem and worked on the relevant muscles, he also found an underlying issue with tight pectorals which was also resolved during the treatments.
Rich is knowlegable and very diligent in his assessment and treatment plan. I had every confidence in him throughout our treatment sessions and was very happy with the results.
I now have full range of movement and can lift and carry without any loss of strength or pain.
I can’t recommend Rich highly enough and while I no longer have shoulder problems I am still seeing Rich regularly now for maintenance and preventative massage treatments.
