I booked a long wheel base van from here for 2 days last weekend. I arrived & Richard gave me the keys and said sliding door doesn’t work but they didn’t have another lwb. It was a state, the rust wouldn’t have passed MOT so I know they aren’t legal. When we stopped we opened the rear doors and one fell down, the top hinge not attached at all.
I was annoyed that such a dangerous unroadworthy van was given to us for hire! They apologised and said I could have a refund. I needed a van so they said don’t bring back yet, used it for another few hours then the full beam was stuck on, so I couldn’t drive it because it would be blinding drivers. I tried to use in day but got flashed by so many people that I pulled over and left it. When we took it back Keith offered another day hire to move rest of stuff. I just collected, only to get halfway to wickham and it go into limp mode with glow plug light.
Do not use them! I dropped the van back and told them nah I don’t trust any of them are safe

I had the pleasure of dealing with Keith last week for our van rental. The rental was just for a single day and was for our home move. Due to medical reasons things went sideways which resulted in the move taking longer than expected and required us to extend the rental. Our van wasn't available so some juggling was required which Keith coordinated. His calm and professional manner helped destress the situation and the job was done.

Booked the Luton tail lift van for a house move. The m van was a really good for the £89. It was brilliant hat they didn’t require a deposit like some other companies that wanted £500.
We had some issues with our move and they were so pleased and easy to work with!
