Do not use this company. Appalling service.
1I was given a window of between 10:30 and 11:30 for the inspection. As of 12:24 the exterminator has not arrived and has not called or attempted to call to explain why he is late. I have spoken to the customer services through Whatsapp and they have informed me that their "professional" has their phone turned off and customer services can't contact them.
They have offered me another time-slot but I have already had to have somebody sit-in for me for over two hours today and I have zero faith that I will not be put in this position again.
Customer Services have been fine to deal with though response times through Whatsapp are quite slow.
Will now have to rebook with another company and go through the upset of knowing I may have an infestation in my home for another night.
Do not use this company.
