5At the quotation stage Craig added suggestions for the work, such as different types of ventilation that could be used as well as saying he would replace any rotten timbers to rafter feet if necessary. The quotation was detailed and comprehensive. Work commenced on the day and time we were given, with the work being carried out efficiently and cleanly, with care exercised around our flower beds.
