Terrible now, used to be great.
I used to be a regular pre-lockdown. Now its like all the staff don't want to be there.

Some friends and I have been running a game at FB3 for a few years now, but it is getting harder and harder to actually get in to play. More than once we've booked a table to play only to turn up and be told that they shouldn't have taken the booking because they have an event on. Then complain that we book on certain nights as they are busy, rather than saying they are busy and not taking the booking.

Not living in Manchester it's quite a commitment to get to the shop, to be turned away after arriving because they've messed up is bad, to do it multiple times is disgraceful. don't even get an apology.

New staff are very rude, upon walking up to the till to be addressed curtly with a "What do you want?" That is when you eventually get their attention. Followed by getting berated when their card machine is being slow.

Totally ignored by rude staff

Great shop in Manchester city centre, if you are looking for any board games or trading card games in the city centre then this is your best bet. Great tournaments held in store for a variety of interests, and regular organised gameplay.
