Fallow Property offers a complete building service from design and planning right through to decoration and landscaping for your project. We work to exacting, standards using both traditional and modern methods and materials. We aim to take the stress out of a project and guide the customer through the build process making sure their requirements are met and expectations exceeded. We typically operate a a main contractor, having discussed design requirements and introduced a suitable architect to undertake planning and building regulation drawings. We have seen the benefit of being involved from day one to give the customer one person to communicate with for the entire project, we then work with the architect and client to determine a feasible building design to the clients budget.
