Service non-existent. They installed a digital recorder in 2018 as a replacement for the existing one that came with the house. Just prior to lockdown I asked the director if he could quote for new cameras, he said "send details" which I did. Assumed he would be working through lockdown from home at least, especially given their business and his position as director. Nothing heard, spoke to him in June, he didn't remember my e-mail so I sent copy. His office replied the next day saying he was out of the office that day but they'd get him to quote. After a week, reminded on 19 June - nothing. Here we are, & another 2 weeks down the line, still nothing. OK, we are in difficult times but as always "communication" is key. If a company is overwhelmed with backlog work, tell customers! My perception is that Falcon Security Solutions simply ignore customers hoping they'll go away. As Basil Fawlty once said "this business would be great if only the customers didn't get in the way".

We had the security system installed 2 years ago. Which we were very happy with. However the customer service has been poor since. Ongoing maintenance costs are excessive. One of the main batteries went dead, they turned up to replace it. No mention of cost then got billed for £125 a 5 minute job. When we questioned this we were ignored, then sent a final reminder. Service cost are excessive too.
