Excellent customer service and good value for money.

I’ve been going to Fairdeal Tyres for a few years now as they are good value for money and I’m finally writing a review. The men who work there are gentlemen, all of them and treat you with respect. They are polite and though their work is physically demanding, they still go above and beyond.
While waiting to be served I sat in my car observing their interactions with other customers and really many businesses who do not make customer service a priority could learn so much just observing this team in action.

Gentlemen in my hour of need!

Absolute gentlemen, efficient, reassuring, helpful and understanding. Struggled to find help to replace my flat tyre in Kirkcaldy, during this lockdown. These guys went above and beyond, communicating with me quickly and fitting me in between a huge workload with reduced staff. They came to my home (involving 4 trips), respected social distancing rules and spoke me through my options. I couldn't be more delighted that they were recommended to me and will definitely use them again. Thank you so much x

I have been going to Fair Deal Tyres in Crossgates for more than 25 years for new tyres or to fix a puncture.Andy and his team are efficient,pleasant,helpful,knowledgeable,and service is prompt.Above all this Dealership is totally honest about your requirements.Prices are the most competitive in West Fife.The busy forecourt is testimony to that!
