Unreliable.
We called yesterday to hire a masonry saw. It was confirmed that this was available and would be out to one side for collection first thing this morning. Having travelled over, opened an account, filled out all the paperwork and put down a £500 deposit. We drove through the back only to be told that the saw had been taken by somebody else.
