Young driver here, left feeling taken advantage of after trusting Frank and his mechanics to do welding on my car. Dropped car off on a Monday after arranging for the work the prior week... two weeks go by, car never moves an inch from where parked on the Monday. Promised multiple times those two weeks dates the car would be done by, each time went to check on car it wasn't done and was given a new excuse by Frank or the mechanics. I had initially sympathised with the excuses. Promised late the second week car would be done over the weekend for Tuesday the third week. Come Tuesday, meet Frank, and find they still hadn't started it... another excuse, this time in conflict with previous ones and quite a ridiculous one at that, and no apologies whatsoever. Needless to say, took the car from them... Overall an unbelievable lack of customer care, had my time completely wasted, no doubts my car would be done by now had I taken it to any other garage. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
