We are a heating and plumbing company based in Aylesford, Kent. British Gas trained with over 10 years experience. We pride ourselves and providing a quality of service each customers expects at a competitive price. It sounds simple, but we will turn up when we say we will, we will be polite, friendly, clean, tidy and leave your home as we found it. Our technical expertise is second to none and we will get to the bottom of any problems you have.

Energy efficiency and problem prevention is also close to our hearts, so on every visit if we feel the need to inform you of products which will benefit you to lower your bills or prevent future issues, we will present you the information you want to make an informed decision. This was installed during a property renovation. The system here before was 30 years old. The boiler was in the garage and no thermostat control for the heating. We removed the whole of the old system, re-piped the entire property with new radiators and installed this Worcester Combi.

Replaced a 25 year old Worcester with this new beast. Works great now and much neater then it was before

This customer previously had no hot water due to a scale issue with their old thermal store. We removed the thermal store and installed this stainless steel unvented cylinder. Needless to say this customer has all the hot water they could wish for now

The old radiator was hiding behind a cupboard. We removed the old pipework, chased the new pipework in to the concrete floor and moved the location so the radiator is now exposed, and installed this new beauty. The dining room gets warm now.

This wall had damp problems. After the damp proofing and plastering had been done. I installed this radiator and pipework before the new skirting boards could be fitted to finish off nicely

Tidied up the wiring and pipework in the cupboard.

Ultra quick

After finding that the water heater was not working, we contacted FJM and left a message.
Within 10 minutes they got back to us, and within 30 minutes, both Fred and Peter turned up. After identifying the problem he quickly got it working, and was finished in less than a hour. How’s good was that!!! As usual 1st class

Excellent service and engineer

Excellent service, very knowledgeable engineers. I feel very confident in contacting FJM if I need a boiler company who won’t rip you off and make up fake problems.
If only other company’s were like this.

Radiator replacement carefully carried out, with skill and good workmanship.

Steve expertly replaced three radiators for us in less than two days, a job originally booked for two engineers. He arrived early each day and just got on with the job. He took care to clear up as he went along and there was no mess. Steve obviously takes great pride in his work, even down to polishing the new copper piping. Everyone in the company is friendly and approachable and prepared to do their absolute best for customers. Suzy in the office Tries very hard to accommodate customer requirements and Pete gave a very thorough explanation of the work to be carried out and we felt the work represented good value for money. Sadly Pete had to isolate for Covid reasons but Steve did a grand job even so.

New for old toilet

I had FJM plumbers replace my daughters downstairs toilet today. What a nice engineer Peter was. Very respectful of my daughters home and what should have been a quick job proved not to be. He charged very reasonably and hoovered up and left no mess. Would highly recommend this company Viv Meylan
