F J Arkell The Garage

Took my car to FJ Arkell The Garage due to a CEL. Nick and his team got my car in quickly, replaced the new sensor and now my car is working beautifully.
Nick should be incredibly proud of his and his team’s work. All work and its pricing is explained (no jargon!) and conducted with an honesty and integrity which is hard to come by.
I’d only ever take my car here for work, and only ever recommend FJ Arkell to my friends and family. Totally recommended!

Exceptional customer service. I rang with an enquiry and brought my car in straight away, they looked at it, identified what was wrong and ordered the parts for me within 10 minutes. I needed a new spring and from bringing it in, everything was completed within 3 hours. Fair prices, speedy service and friendly people, will definitely be returning to this garage!

Visiting Bath from South East and appeared to have a leak under my vehicle. Did not wish to travel home without having the problem checked.
A quick search of internet and this company offered to find time and investigate the problem straight away.
An unreputable would have seen this as an opportunity. However, the two guys working there took time explain what the problem was (there was no leak) and I left the garage within 15-minutes of them looking at my car a VERY satisfied customer. If I lived in Bath they would be my first choice to service and maintain my car.
