F.G.Brown was established in Stowmarket in 1976. We have 3 fully qualified Optometrists and a fully qualified Dispensing Optician. As an Independent Optician, we offer NHS and Private sight testing. We also provide contact lens examinations and trials and can supply all types of contact lenses. As an Independent Optician, we can offer a more personalised eyecare service that all the family can trust. We are committed to providing the highest standard of eyecare and continually invest in new technology to offer a more advanced eye examination. We offer OCT and Optomap retinal exams. We offer specialist services such as Myopia control with contact lenses and spectacles for children. We do colorimetry testing and supply coloured overlays or spectacle lenses for cases of visual stress associated with dyslexia or reading difficulties., We have over 1000 frames in stock with brands including Silhouette,Nike,Radley,Superdry, Rayban and Calvin Klein to name a few. We can source many different types of spectacle lenses and we are an accredited Essilor and Varilux lens specialist centre. We are an Oakley stockist and can provide sports specs,sunglasses and glasses for hobbies and D.I.Y.
